This Main Cloud Services Agreement (MCSA) governs your access to and use of the cloud services provided by Renderize AI. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services: We will provide cloud services as described in your subscription plan, including, but not limited to, storage, data processing, and access to various online tools.
2. Service Availability: We strive to ensure high availability, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. We will make efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtimes.
3. Data Security: We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data in compliance with **GDPR** and **CCPA**. Users are responsible for securing sensitive information on their side.
4. Transfer of Data: If data is transferred outside the user's country, we will ensure that the recipient maintains the same level of data protection as required by law.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access to the services will be revoked, and your data will be retained only as required by law.
6. Payment: Fees are due as per the subscription plan. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.
7. Liability: We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
